Kiwanis Club of Wooster, Ohio, built a playground (like the one in the above photo) in 1990. It was a “kid magnet”. Every two years the club did upkeep with repairs and a seal coat. When the repairs needed became too extensive, the club replaced the playground with one just as extensive and attractive built of more durable materials (shown below).
